Q - What is "Window Dressers" and what is "Integrity Design Resources"?
A - Window Dressers is a "to the trade only" window treatment design, fabrication, and installation service. Integrity Design Resources is the aspect of our business that matches you with a professional designer from our "Interior Designer Network" to guide and assist you with your window treatment projects.

Q - As a homeowner, I need window treatments. What is your company's policy with regard to coming to my house to give me ideas as to what to do on my windows?
A - Call our office at 480.315.1500 and ask to speak to a custom drapery specialist about new window treatments. You will most likely be connected with Deland Pelto, principal design coordinator, or another professional window treatment consultant to briefly discuss your particulars. At that time, we will assess your window treatment needs and objectives, and arrange a convenient time to come to your home or project site to have a more in-depth discussion of your objectives and preferences. Based on what we perceive your needs and desires to be, we will then carefully select and introduce you to one of the professional interior designers that are part of our Interior Designer Network. "Not all designers are created equal." After 40 years of hands-on experience in the window treatment industry, primarily working with professional interior designers, that single fact has become exceedingly evident. Very talented designers are not created equal. This is where we have successfully experienced a "teamwork" approach, working side-by-side with real pros, designing and installing great window treatments for over three decades. Because we witness (first-hand) the varied personality types and style preferences of a core group of very talented and experienced interior designers, all with whom we have partnered with year-after-year, we are in a unique position to "match" designers to clients based on preferences in style and taste. Some designers are part of large established firms, and some are independent - however, all are professional in the truest sense of the word. Our objective is to create the most "perfect as can be" window treatment for your particular situation, and with the cooperative input from our network of only the finest and most experienced interior designers, your complete satisfaction is not only our purpose but our expectation.

Q - Is there a charge for you to come and measure my windows and give me ideas?

A - Each project is considered on an individual basis. If we provide custom sketches specifically for your project, as well as extensive consultation, a nominal fee is applicable. Depending on the scope of the project, this fee may be applied to the total quoted project cost. Please discuss this with one of our custom drapery specialists.
Q - As a designer, I am looking for a workroom to help me with my window treatment projects. How do we proceed?
A - Call our office at 480.315.1500 and indicate that you are an interior designer inquiring about fabricating custom window treatments, bedding, pillows or whatever you need. You will most likely be connected with Deland Pelto, principal design coordinator, or another professional window treatment consultant, to briefly discuss your particulars. Then an appointment can be set to meet either at our location or your project site to measure the windows and further discuss the design needs. Once we gather this information, a quote will be provided to you including the yardage amounts required (so you can order the current amount of yardage from your vendors), as well as a complete quote for labor, lining, interlining, hardware, and installation.
Q - Can I provide my own fabric?
A - Absolutely.
Q - How far will you travel for projects? I have a summer home in another state. Will you do my window treatments for that home as well?

A - We will travel to measure and install practically anywhere. We've done homes in Canada, Mexico, and throughout the U.S. Talk to us directly for the specifics of how this works.
Q - What other types of window coverings do you provide?
A - We provide Woven Wood Shades / Woven Natural Shades (from Horizons, Sonoran, Hunter Douglas, & others), 2" wood blinds (from Hunter Douglas, Kirsch, Sonoran & others), Sunscreen Roller Shades (from Horizons, Sonoran, & others), motorization (from Somfy & BTX), Plantation Shutters (Finest Quality, Locally Custom Crafted Hand Finished as well as Hunter Douglas), various lines of Fine Custom Drapery Hardware (from CROWNTRAX, Kirsch, Paris Texas, The Finial Company, Iron Art, Helser Brothers, Aria, Artisan).
